PA202 - Position Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Position Listing (PA202) to print a list of position information from
PA02.1 (Position).
Two report options are available:
- Position Detail, which lists detailed information for each position
including the position's user fields and
- Required Fields Audit, which lists all blank required fields.

DEPTCODE - The Department file is accessed by this report.
HRPOSFLDS -
HRPOSUSD -
HRSUPER - The Supervisors file is accessed by this report.
JOBCODE - The Job Code Parameters file is accessed by this report.
PADICT -
PAPOSITION - The Personnel Position Parameter file is used to verify
position. Primary file listed on report.
PASCRTY -
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify HR codes.
PROVERTIME -
PRSAGHEAD - The Step and Grade Schedule Header file is used to verify
grade range schedules and step and grade schedules.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
