- qualifications in PA08.1 (Qualifications),
- working conditions in PA08.2 (Working Conditions), or
- physical or mental requirements in PA08.3 (Job Physical/Mental
Requirements).

report.
JOBRELATE - The Job Code Relationship file is used to move desired and
required qualifications to report.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to move comment text to
report.
PAPOSITION - The Personnel Position file is accessed to print position
information.
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify and print HR
codes.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company and process level.
