**Form Purpose
Run Budget Listing (PA271) to print a list of budget information from PA70.1
(Position Budget) and PA71.1 (Job Budget), PA72.1 (Preliminary Position
Budget), or 73.1 (Preliminary Job Budget) depending on the effective date you
type on PA271.
The listing shows the process level, department, job code or position,
effective dates, reason, budgeted headcount, budgeted FTE, budgeted salary,
authorized head count, authorized FTE, authorized salary, and totals.
