PA43.1 - Requisition Applicants
**Form Purpose
Use Requisition Applicants (PA43.1) to track internal and external applicants
associated with a requisition. PA43.1 lets you maintain the applicant's
current status in the recruiting process.
**Processing Effect
Each time the applicant's requisition status changes, the Personnel
Administration system creates a record to track the applicant's progress.

PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is accessed by this program.
PAJOBREQ - The Job Requisition file is accessed by this program.

**Form Purpose
Use Applicant Requisitions (PA43.2) to associate an external applicant with
requisitions. You can maintain the applicant's status for many different
requisitions.
