PA48.1 - Test Setup
**Form Purpose
Use Test Setup (PA48.1) to define tests for employees and applicants.
Tests can be set up with
- eligibility rules that specify who can or cannot take the test; for
example, all paid employees or all employees with a specific job code;
- prerequisites test requirements; for example a first hepatitis test before
a second hepatitis test; and
- renewal and follow up rules that give a time period during which a test
must be renewed or a follow up test must be taken.

**Form Purpose

Results Used field of PA48.1 (Test Setup).
**Processing Effect
If you select Positive;Negative in the Results Used field of PA48.1 (Test
Setup), this Personnel Administration enters the information on PA48.2
