PA590 - Health and Safety Incident Conversion
**Form Purpose
Run Health and Safety Incident Conversion (PA590) to import health and safety
incident information from a comma-separated value (CSV) file into PA90.1
(Health,Safety Incident), - PA90.2 (Incident Follow Up), or - PA90.3 (Incident
Costs).
You run the program separately for each conversion; to convert information
for all three forms, you run PA590 three times. For detailed information about
