AP22.2 - Asset Management
**Form Purpose
Use Asset Management (AP22.2) to define optional asset information for a
distribution. If an asset template or asset number exists on AP22.2, tax for
each asset or asset repair is sent to the Asset Management application. The
Landed Tax Total fields on the Item and Repair tabs display the total of all
landed tax amounts for the asset or asset repair. Only linked taxes are added
to create totals. When linked taxes exist, you cannot manually enter an amount
into the tax fields.
**Processing Effect
If the AP Distributions flag on AM16.1 is set to Summary, a single record is
sent. If the AP Distributions flag is set to Detail, all landed tax
distributions will be sent as separate records.
