**Form Purpose
Use Options Rates (BN19.1) to define annual employee, COBRA participant,
retiree, and company contributions for benefit plans where the Contribution
Type is Amount.

Any amounts on this form use the currency associated with the plan on BN15.1
(Benefit Plan).

BNPRMOPT - The Benefit Premium Options file is the primary file updated
by the program. The file also verifies the premium option.
PREMIUM - The Benefit Plan Premium file is updated with the premium. The
file also verifies the premium.

for all benefit types.

currency of the benefit plan.
