PA239 - Applicant Military Service Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Applicant Military Service Listing (PA239) to print a list of applicant
military information from PA39.1 (Applicant Military Information).
The list shows for each applicant: draft status, highest rank attained,
whether the applicant is a veteran, whether the applicant is currently
serving, and military history.

APPLICANT - The Applicant file is used to print applicant data including
draft status, final rank, veteran and current status.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify employees
status found.
MILITARY - The Military Service History file is the primary file printed
on this report. Used to print military information.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to print comment text.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
