PA64.1 - Employee Job Qualification
**Form Purpose
Use Employee Job Qualification (PA64.1) to view all jobs that an employee is
qualified or authorized for.
Employees are qualified for a job if they meet the essential education,
competency, and certification requirements defined for the job in Qualifying
Crieria (PA08.1). You can authorize employees who do not meet the essential
requirements of a job for consideration by using Employee Qualification
Override (PA23.1).
An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to meet
the education requirement of a job.

PA64.2 - Employee Position Qualification
**Form Purpose
Use Employee Position Qualification (PA64.2) to view all positions for which
an employee is qualified or authorized.
Note An employee's education must have a complete date to meet the education
requirement of a position.
**Processing Effect
Employees are qualified for a position if they meet the essential education,
competency, and certification requirements defined for the position in
Qualifying Criteria (PA08.1). You can authorize employees who do not meet the
essential requirements of a position for consideration by using Employee
Qualification Override (PA23.1).
