Element: User Dim Name The User Dimension Name is the name
associated with the dimension in the
data mart outline. This user-defined
name can contain up to 50 alphanumeric
characters. For example, you might name
a dimension Fiscal Year or Organization.
ATD-ACT-PREFIX Alpha 5 (Lower Case) IFAS.1
Element: Typ Prefix The Accounts Prefix field contains a
unique prefix name that differentiates
the members in the Accounts dimension
with similar members in other
dimensions. This name can contain up to
five characters of any kind.
ATD-ACT-ALIAS-OPT Alpha 1 IFAS.1
Element: Act Alias Opt The Accounts Alias Option field
contains the value that represents the
alias name for the members of this
dimension.
Value values are:
1 = Account, subaccount, and
description of subaccount; Default
value.
2 = Account and subaccount
3 = Description of subaccount

Element: Member Name The Balance Sheet Member Name field
contains the user-defined name of the
balance sheet member. This name can
contain up to 30 characters of any kind.

Element: Member Name The Income Statement Member Name field
contains the user-defined name of the
income statement member. The name can
contain up to 30 characters of any kind.

Element: All Flag The Account Rollup field determines
whether or not the outline contains an
account member with subaccount children,
which are rolled up when the database is
calculated.
Valid values are:
Y = Yes
N = No

Element: Chart Name This is the name you assigned to the
chart of accounts when you defined your
company structure in the General Ledger
system.
ATD-CHART-SECTION Alpha 1 IFAS.1
Element: Chart Section The chart section.
ATD-ACT-SIGN-OPT Alpha 1
Element: Ack Com Opt The Sign Reversal field determines if
amounts and budget amounts in the income
statement accounts are loaded with the
sign reversed.
Valid values are:
