This file contains the accrual plan transactions for each plan structure for
an employee.

Element: Company Hr Contains the company number.
TTR-EMPLOYEE Numeric 9
Element: Employee Contains the employee number. Each
person employed by the company is
assigned a unique number. The system
uses the employee number to correlate
all of the information related to that
person.
TTR-PLAN Alpha 10
Element: Ta Plan Contains the absence plan name.
TTR-EMPLOYEE-GROUP Alpha 10
Element: Group Name Contains the accrual employee group
which, when attached to a plan,
represents an absence plan structure.
TTR-POSITION Alpha 12
Element: Position Contains the position code of the
employee if plan balances are held at
the position code level.
TTR-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Tran Date Contains the date of the transaction.
For events, the transaction date is
determined based on the date of the
event. Otherwise, the transaction date
is based on the plan cycle frequency or
the pay period end date of service
records processed.
TTR-SEQ-NBR Numeric 5
Element: Ta Seq Nbr Contains a unique sequence number that
keeps records unique. It is
automatically assigned when records are
created.
TTR-TRAN-TYPE Numeric 2
Element: Ta Type Contains the transaction type.
Tran-type 11 and 12 are created by
LP138.

Object This object ID will associate
Identification transactions created by LP138 to
specific benefit plan enrollments and
balances in BNTAEMPBAL.
TTR-PROCESS-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Tran Date Contains the process through date of the
LP140 job that processed this
transaction.
TTR-RESET-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Reset Date Contains the Reset Date determined by
the Reset Point. This is the first date
of the limit year. This will be the
date used by LP197 when accumulating
transactions into TATRANSUM file by
reset date.
TTR-PLAN-CATEGORY Alpha 10
Element: Ta Category Contains the category for the plan. This
is needed for limit check by plan
category that will read open TAEMPTRANS
record.
TTR-ALLOT-PER-BEG Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Tran Date For allotments, contains the beginning
date of the allotment period.
TTR-ALLOT-PER-END Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Tran Date For allotments, contains the end date of
the allotment period.
TTR-ALLOT-CYCLE-DT Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Tran Date For cycle based allotments, contains the
cycle date.
TTR-CLOSE-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Ta Tran Date Contains the system date that LP197
closed this transaction.

Element: Ta Tran Date For non reversing entries, this
references the GL Post Date used on
