PA532 - Code/Requisitions Exports
Run PA532 (Code/Requisitions Exports) to create comma-separated value (csv)
files that contain system codes and requisitions to load into other systems.
Each file contains information for a separate parameter: department, status,
overtime pay plans, HR codes, supervisor codes, job codes, job class, and
requisition information. You can, however, select more than one parameter
when you run PA532.
The files contain all of the department, supervisor, job code, status code,
overtime pay plan codes, and so on in the Personnel Administration system; NOT
just the changes since the file was last created.
