PA73.1 - Preliminary Job Budget
Use PA73.1 (Preliminary Job Budget) to create a budget by job during the
budget planning period. PA73.1 displays only preliminary budget records, which
are records with an effective date later than the budget approved through date
defined in PA06.1 (Position Rules).
The system ensures that the budget information you enter in this form meets
any limits you defined in PA06.1.
You can use PA172 (Initiate Budget Plan Data) to copy existing budget
information into this form.
You can create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that holds your budget data
and exports it into a spreadsheet where you can prepare your budget.
