Need AGS call to update PA49.1

Using Java to run an AGS call to update PA49.1.   Only examples I have are AGS call inserts on a completely different form.  How does one do an AGS call which identifies the key fields to update the row in the database?  Does anyone have an example AGS update call for this form?

I have a screenshot of the lawson upoad, and it lists 4 fields at the top: PTS-COMPANY, PTS-EMPLOYEE, PTS-TEST, PTS-SCHED-DATE.   Are these the identifying key fields for the row?  If so, how do I show this key identifying parameters for the AGS call?
