We are working towards a LTM implementation late 2014. Wondering if anyone has information or opinions regarding staying with S3 HR vs implementing Global HR? Has anyone done LTM and stayed with S3 HR?

Depends on functionality needed. Have you done a comparison of the two? Hard to say here blindly without knowing what all you need. There are a lot of variables that would need to be considered.
