"My Reports" tab in LBI/Framework Services

Hi All,

I'm seeing LBI 10-1-10-0-1 for the very first time.

New install, still setting up for go-live in a few weeks.

My previous experience tells me that the Tab "My Reports" is visible for any user who is assigned reports as "Report User".

Only - there is no tab showing up...

Am I missing something?

[PS, the 'install' was done by someone else...did they overlook a step?]

That's funny... I never remember seeing that "Tab"... Unless it was there in the beginning (many moons ago) but you can set up a dashboard link to it.....

As Greg said, there is no "My Reports" dashboard from a new install, but a dashboard can be created to display this content. Is it possible that it was an upgrade of a previous LBI install, or that content was imported after a new install?

OK, So, I must have been sleeping or dreaming when the My Reports tab was built in the other systems I have seen.....a sad state of affairs!

Anyway, moving on---now if I create a tab (called 'My Reports') and assign 'ALL' to see it, presumably to see their own list of reports, I'm not being successful....Am I missing a step so 'they' can see the tab??

Oh, the link Greg has also didn't work...of course I substituted "my server, etc" but is there another variable in there?
[I got a error:JSP processing error, failed to find resource...etc

You may have to go into the 'Maintain System Permissions' link from the Report Administration page to "allow" a group(s) to be able to see a list.... but that's all of the link that I have working posted above. it's been a while since I set this up, and don't have notes that go back that far.
