I have a question and I am getting no where currently with infor support. I just want information from them but they are not getting anywhere with me and just wanting me to run fiddler etc.
I feel this is an easy solution.

Here is the issue.
In our portal we have an area that uses xml pages.
I have made a change to one of the xml files where it now uses a fully qualified URL instead of a short URL name.

example...inside the XML file there is

host="">http://servername/program.nsf

I have now changed this to say

http://servername.bmh.bmnet.com which is our fully qualified domain

when in portal, it is still using the old configuration of the file. There is something that needs to be refreshed for the server to use the new info.

I made these changes under our

LAWDIR\persistdata\lawson\portal\content\pages directory

not sure how this is related to LBI but have you tried doing an IOSCacheRefresh in Portal?

Support is mentioning a refresh of our LBI server, so I posted it on here.

I think there is something in portal that has to be freshed. IOScache refresh was the first thing I tried. I did not know if there was something else.

Try rebuilding the form index.

Ronnie - you might want to be a bit more specific. Which file you modified exactly, and where exactly is it located? Is it on LBI server or LSF server? What exactly do you expect to happen that is not happening? How do you duplicated the issue?
A bit more details, and, perhaps, a screenshot may make it easier to diagnose.
