Bev: Are you talking about the vendor contracts? Use PO15.1 for that.

   PO15.1 is the Procurment Template.

I wanted to know the form that is used if you need to change the expiration date on a contract.

We have one that is expired, but want to extend the date.

PO15 is templates. I think you are thinking of PO25. You can add the expiration date there for each contract. If a contract has already expired, it will show the expiration date when you inquire on PO28.

Thanks you guys. I typicaly go from PO28 to PO25.6.
I see the expiration date now on PO25.1.

FYI - PO226 reports based on expiration/review date if it helps.

We use one of the user fields in PO25 to identify the VAT associated with the contract. And I built a Crystal report for our contracts team that groups contracts by VAT and expiration date descending, sub-grouped by month.
