Hi, does anyone know if Talent Acquisition can rank candidates who apply to a requisition based on their answers to screening questions?

Hi Chris,

As per my knowledge, Talent acquisition does not provide an automated ranking facility. It has to be done by the hiring manager or recruiter manually.

We used configuration console to create HR Ranking and Manager Ranking on the candidate application record.  The field appears on the dashboard so that you can filter by rank.  However, there are currently no automatic rankings in that way.  However, we do have custom fields built into screening questions that allows us to score each candidate based on responses to the questions.  Then you can also filter and auto screen based on those ranks.  You could probably screen based on ranks driven by Screenings using process flow.  Let me know if you want to chat more.  It is fresh in my mind right now.
