PA31 Applicant Form

Not LTM related, this is "old" applicant functionality - PA31 history tab has "previously employed" and the option for an EE number if the prior response is yes - field help says "select the applicant's previous employee number" - our form has no select option.  v9.01 - is this a patch, or just the usual vague field help for what's actually a free form entry?  Tech and data file text isn't any help on this one - Thanks!!

Greetings Steph.....

Looking at the PA31 form, there is not key number entered in the screen definition, so you would not be able to "select" via a drop down a previous EE number. The only way I could think of doing it then would be to query the person on HR11 and manually enter the previous EE number.  Either that or you would need to have to make a minor change to the PA31 by adding the key number for the employee field which would be "H07".

How ya doing other wise?

pretty good here - just need a few more hours in the day lately.... one more question on this form? is there any way to populate the hire date and ee number oon the main page for previous hires? looks to me like it will only populate if the "new" applicant is hired. We want previous ee info to show here, not the History tab.
