We have a requisition approval flow that was built by someone else who is not available at the moment and I am trying to determine where the email addresses for approvers is coming from in the User Action Node.  I can tell that the email address for the requisitioner is coming from an RM record using a Resource Query, but I am not sure if the approver email is coming from the RM record or their Actor record.  I suspect the Actor record, but I want to confirm it.  Thank you.

In IPA, the email is coming from the Actor record.

Thank you David. That explains why they are not receiving an email that they have a requisition to approve. They didn't have one in their Actor record. I have updated it.

Just one of those 'undocumented features.'

We are not on IPA yet, but headed that way. So if you don't mind I'll ask a related question. Today we have automated processes that maintain the email addresses both on the HR11 work tab and on the RMID. Once on IPA, do we have to keep a third place in sync (the Landmark Actor)? Isn't there a delivered sync between the LSA RMID's and the Landmark Actors?

Landmark-LSF federation *should* keep them in-sync.
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

What John says is true and we are Federated. I am not sure why it did not sync there email addresses. There may have been a problem when these individuals were added.
