Hello,
Going to try my luck here. Is there a way that I can save multiple reports in from the Print manager?
We typically use the RW100 to generate our financial reports. I know we can access our print manager folders to get the excel versions of reports that are generated, but it seems that PDF reports do not generate in the print manager folder until you open them up in lawson's print manager.
Is there a way that we can save mass reports in PDF? I have to manually open close to 300 reports a month and save each individually as a pdf

there is a command 'bldxffiles' that you could use to convert to PDF
You could have a script run immediately after RW100 to kick of the bldxffiles.

I'm unfamiliar with the technical side of things. could you elaborate a little on how this could work so I can have a chance at letting our IT dept know?
Right now when we run the reports we get csv versions in our print manager folders. But the pdf's don't generate until we open the files up one by one in lawson's print manager.

there are several ways of doing this....
Let us say you run RW100 at 11 am. and it completes by 11:10. The IT folks could have a script that kicks off at 11:15 that runs 'bldxffiles'
or you could set up a multi-step job where RW100 is step 1 and the script is step 2
