Who released the PO?

Hello - what is the table & field for the user ID of who released the PO?  This is for a Crystal Report.  I know there's another forum for Crystal questions, but this one gets more traffic

Beth, this is what I see in the documentation related to the table PURCHORDER.

PCR-USER-ID Alpha 10 (Lower Case)
Element: User Contains the user ID of the person who
originally released the purchase order.
