Is there anyway to customize the BN100 report to add additional field called Work Schedule?

If you don't mind customizing delivered code, sure.
It will involve changes to the ../bnsrc/BN100.rpt and BN100PD files.
Especially since BN100 is an updater, most users will be reluctant to modify the code.
