We would like to use a web service to validate an employee's address (coming from a application system) and to obtain the correct county. We'd like to pull it in as part of our process flow to process personnel actions. Has anyone done this and do you have any recommendations of who we should use? I looked at USPS, but I don't think it will return the county nor scrub the data.
