Does anyone know of any kind of reporting that can be run after a benefits enrollment period is done with ESS, which will identify for the HR department any incomplete or missing tasks or documents that may be required to in order to complete the employee's enrollment in their chosen elections? I do not find anything in Lawson Knowledge Base about this.

Thank you!

We built a dashboard with all of the audits our benefits staff completes after enrollment to ensure we address issues. They types of things we audit are Enrollment to family plan but not attach dependants, coverage of grandchildren over 18 months, employee status that effects eligability for certain plans, etc. It took a while to get it refined but seems to work for us. There was no documentation from Lawson, it was just the queries our benefit staff used to run to validate data.

Let me know if this is the type of stuff you were looking for and I can send you some screen shots of what we did.

We are in the process of implementing and trying not to miss anything. Could you send me the screen shots, please?

Mark's dashboard sounds great... We don't have something that slick.

We have a couple Crystal Reports that we run against the pending enrollments. They look for: count of elections for each associate, dependents connected to benefits that should have dependents, dependent types that are covered and the ages.

Could you send me screen shots of how you set up your crystal reports? We are just implementing LBI and I am unsure of how to create the report to track employees who have family coverage and dependents are not attached.

Thank you.

DawnL,

Are you asking for information on my reports or Marks? If you want mine they just look at BNBEN with a left outer join to DEPBEN... (Links on Company, Employee, Plan code, and plan type)... Then my select pulls any BNBEN.Plan_Code that should have dependents - individually selected Plan_codes using "is one of ". Any that do not have dependents are the issues...

The report counts the number of dependent records for each "Employee, Plan-code" grouping. You can show or hide records/groups in the Section Expert to remove any where the dependent records exist.

Hope this helps.

Yes. Thank you. We have an issue with our self service employees using the
browser buttons and the dependents don't get attached.
