word "PROD" in smart notes content

Has anybody encountered an issue where smart notes content on the email is coming out with only the word "PROD" in it ?

This is actually an issue. Instead of the alert or email delivering all the content the alert shows only the work "PROD" in its content.

But we have resolved this issue since then. Thanks for your help.
