I work for a bank and the Dodd-Frank act will require us to finger print current and new employees who work with Securities.
For those of you who finger print currently, where do you store that information in Lawson?
For those of you in financial institutions, what will you be doing once the Dodd-Frank act kicks in? How will you be tracking that info?

Are you trying to store the fact/date of their fingerprinting, or the images?=

At this time, we're only trying to store the data, not the actual fingerprint documentation.

"data" as in "date"?

The Dodd-Frank act provides the employee who is being finger printed a number, similar to a SSN. This number will need to be reverified periodically to ensure that the employee isn't involved in a ponzi scheme, etc.

We'd like to store this number, the date that it was verified and the timeframe for reverification. At the very least we'd like to record the number provided by the government.

Sorry for the parsed info, I just got the rest of the story today.

Take a look at PA22 (Certrifications) it includes a place for all three pieces of data.
