Missing Data in Burst Crystal Report on Multi-RAS server.

We have a report that returns 350K rows. The report is published as both a burst and non-burst report. For users who have wide-open bursting rights, the burst report returns an incomplete data set in our production environment, even though the bursting tree is correct and all companies and accounting units display (random detail lines for various accounts are missing, not a field we burst on).

The report works fine in our test environment as both a burst and non-burst report.

Our test box has a single RAS, production has 2 RAS. Don't know if it is a memory problem, RAS, or something else. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Thanks!
