Fill defaults not working on PA42 & PA52.4

I have updated 5 fields on PA02 - annual hours, security location, security level, shift, pay frequency.
I then open a req on PA42 and click fill defaults. Shift (the only one of the things I updated on PA02) does not fill in.
On PA52.4 I'll select an applicant, move them to a pre-hire status, enter the requisition number and an effective date - click fill defaults and I still have to fill in everything.
What am I missing? Clearly the information I entered on PA02 is not feeding over to PA42 or PA52.4.

Assuming your position defaults are in place on HR10.2, check PA03. Your changes may be pending, and you'll need to run PA102

HR10.3 was the culprit! I had update HR10.1, but not HR10.3 Thanks for the tip.
