How can I build template to upload journal entry (40.1)from Excel.

The hard part about GL40 is the creation of the header. You could also use GL65 and run the GL165 as an audit step for another option.

Go to Mylawson.com and then to the marketplace. Don Peterson has written several spreadsheet based JE uploads. I'm not sure if they are charging for these now or not, they used to be free.
