MA531CSV file- Receiving Batch Update

The MA531 is getting a CSV file not found error. I am not sure how the CSV input file is created, but I checked in the directory and the file is not in there so it seems like we are not getting the EDI file in the directory. Any idea how to fix this?
Error Log:

*** MA531CSV file not found in MA531CSV directory***
*** No Records Found For Company 0010

When your ED502 job runs it picks up any inbound files from your vendor. These include 855, 810, 832 and 856. When Lawson translates these files the 856 is translated into the MA531CSV file. Did your ED502 job have any errors? Was there an 856 to pick up from the vendor?

Hi JonA, the ED502 has errors. I contacted Lawson and they suggested to contact the vendor because they didn't send the 856 file.

Correct. Looking at this comm log you didn't receive the 856 from the vendor so there was nothing to process.
