Grants in Non-Academic Healthcare

We are a non-academic healthcare system with signficiant numbers of grants/sponsored projects. We are investigating how we can use the Activity module to steamline our grant accounting processes. Is there another similar institution that would be willing to share some tips/experiences/pitfalls?
