I got a called from our purchase manager about the MA236 report not being put in the buyer's queue. He is the only person that's getting the report. The job is scheduled to run in RECDEF. How do I get the report to print in each of the buyer's queue? Should I open an incident with Lawson?

I think you need to set up a distribution group. You put all the users who need to get the report in the distribution group, then modify the jobdef to send the report to the group rather than one user.

You can create distribution groups in LID with the grpdef utility.
