We have users that have been able to see one of the dashboards in LBI for quite some time. All of the sudden some of them cant see it. But some are able to. I have checked the sharing on the dashboard,as well as the various reports within the dashboard. The user is a part of a role that has access to that dashboard. I tried adding just his user ID to that access, but it still didnt work. He has tried it in IE and Chrome. It was initially one user, but now we have an another user state they also cannot see it. But she was able to get to the actual reports going through "Reporting Services".
Has anyone else ever had this issue? Any suggestions on resolution before I open a ticket with Lawson?

How do you have your security set up - are you only using LBI Users group to give access? Do users get an error when they try to access dashboard? Are you using Modules, Dashboard (as Tab) and Reports? What version of Lawson? Thanks!

LBI roles to give access to the dashboard. They dont even see it on the main screen. They see Tools, but no dashboards listed. We use Dashboards and Reports. not sure about modules?

Have you checked "manage content" to see what 'types' you are using - do all the users have access to all the types (dashboard, module, report) that you are using to do deploy this content (reports)? Also, are you displaying the dashboard as a tab?
