How to suppress Instance Name in a report history report list

Is there a way I can suppress the display of Instance Name in one of my dashboard report lists? 

I'd like to display only Report Name and Created Date since that makes more sense to my end users.  However, I'm unable to remove or even change the position of Instance Name in the list of columns to displayed for this report list.

I've checked through the Reporting Services and User Guide doc but don't see any way to suppress instance name, unless that ability is undocumented.

If Im understanding you, you may be able to do it by creating your own Report List and excluding the Instance Name from the columns section. If I misinterpreted can you upload a screen shot?

Hi Matthew,

I'll attach a file with some screen shots, but the issue seems to be that when I create a Historical Report List, the column "Instance Name" is automatically included and I cannot remove or move it.  See the attachment for more specifics.

Let me know if you don't receive the attachment.  I tried to include a .doc which didn't work.  I changed it to a pdf and it seemed to work, but I'm not  positive.
