Crystal reports Viewer display window freezes

We just completed our LBI upgrade from 9022 to 9031. We are having an issue where when we click a report to bring it up, we get a window that says please wait and after few minutes it freezes and when we click the x button to get out it throws the user completely out of LBI. What can be the reason. This report was coming out fine with the upgrade.

I meant to say before the upgrade the reports were coming up fine but not anymore.

Let me preface by saying I have not seen this in LBI but I have seen similiar issues in full-blown Enterprise and thought the path I'd use to troubleshoot there may be something for you to investigate. First, I've seen this happen when the virtual directories utilized are locked down too tight on security. Also, you might check the drive space and make sure the temp directories still have plenty of available space as that could be a potential cause. I hope it helps.

We haven't had this particular issue, but i've experienced other simiar issues, we upgraded websphere and have seen a difference for the better.
