Is it possible to add parameters to a Lawson Back Office Report using LBI?

I noticed I wasn't able to see "Add a Parameter" when I published my report in .lxr format

No, you cannot do this using LBI. You can, however, add bursting rights to the report if your goal is to filter the data based on the user viewing the report.
