HR inbasket on LPA question

I have done PF but not LPA in the past. Now working on the LPA and I am not sure what I should be entering in the User Action for the inbasket.

1 - I want to use the salchg.htm that is delivered for the end user action nodes,

2 - but when it goes to HR node I want to use the PA52 so they can change anything they need to.

We are V10 LPA, but on 9.01 S3 apps. We do not use LSO, currently still using portal for our users.

any help for how the display/general tab should be configured would be greatly appreciated.

For HTML Inbaskets, on Display > Desktop, set Type to HTML and File ID to the name of your HTML (salchg.htm). The HTML needs deployed to WAS just like before.

I haven't tried a Lawson form, but there is an Infor Lawson Application option in the list. Looks like it would work for PA52.

Thanks for your input, but the issue is not on the Salchg that we are using for the non-HR inbaskets. The issue is that we want to use the PA52 directly for the HR group so that they can make changes before the action is processed.

On the UA node for HR, did you try using the Infor Lawson Application option?

lots of trial and error..have this working now
