Ok, admittedly, this is a trivial issue but annoying nonetheless....
Is there a way to make the Rich Client not maximized? That is to say, not minimized on the tool bar and not maximized to take up the whole monitor screen...rather its own window that can be moved around the screen.
Ya know, so you can see two things at once without having to toggle the Rich Client application between minimized and maximized?
