How to append to file from a Doing resource query

Hello I am new to IPA and I am not able to append the files 

I have upload the IPDd in xt foramt

Hi Sid,

FYI - The file you uploaded appears to be missing a closing bracket, so it is not possible to open without manually fixing it.

Is the file being correctly created with the header information?
Are you getting an error? What does the log say? (please attach it to this post)

It does create a File but not data is append to it.

 

I hae uploaded the filed, but I want the IPA to Put them in each differnt cell
