When i am trying to access the existing forms from design studio it is giving me error "File PRODLINE is secured".

There is probably a role in your environment called LawsonQueryToolsRole Ask your security admin to assign that role to your account and you should be fine.
There is a table called PRODLINE in the GEN productline/data area. You need to ask your security admin to assign you access to that table. Normally the LawsonQueryTools role has that access built in which is why I suggested it.
