We've modified form PO20 in design studio to add a function (Request Approval) which would trigger a Process Flow.  Ideally, I would like  to limited the design studio form to a select group of users.  The others would continue to use the Lawson delivered PO20.  In other words, they would not see the new function.

We have a similar situaiont with our AP20.1 screen. What you have to do is leave the delivered AP20.1 form as the default, then set up shortcuts for the users that need to use the modified Design Studio form. They will then have to access the form from their shortcuts and not from the Portal navigation box.
Hope this helps.

Here is the shortcut we used:
LAWFORM|PDL=PROD9|TKN=AP20.1|ID=AP20.1_FRTBILL

You can easily create a Bookmark (using the syntax from Tracy) so users can just enter the custom form in the Search box and not have to add the shortcut to each users ID.

We have several forms that work just in that manner where the custom form is located off a bookmark with only select users having access. We also have the opposite for some ImageNow linking forms where the custom is the default but others who don't link can access the standard form.

THis has worked very well for us.

Thanks for advice.  I've created the shortcut and it brings up my Design Studio form.  I should be able to figure out the bookmark part.  Now the question; How to I revert back to having the delivered PO20.1 as my default.  I think I have an idea but I'd like to make sure

You need to remove the check mark on the Design Studio form for default presentaion, under the customs section of the designer.

Thanks for tip. I've tested it out and it's going to work quite nicely.

I have the same situation. I need only a small group to have access to the Lawson delivered form. The masses would get the custom form. So making the custom form the default is simple, but how can I get the small group access to the delivered form? I tried a bookmark and shortcut 'lawform|tkn=PR295....but it brings up the custom form.
