Jobs not showing in dropdown within Portal

I have one Portal user who has jobs that are visible in LID but do not show in the dropdown (drill) in Portal. The status bar message says something like "no entires meet this criteria". This user can see their jobs in LID and can get to them in Portal by clicking the "next" (arrow) button. Other users can see their jobs in Portal from the dropdown. We are running LAUA security and this users LAUA and RM record appear to be the same as other users. What am I missing?

User was also getting security violation when trying to run job from LID.

We solved this by the following steps - hopefully this can help someone else one day:

We suspect there was some corruption in LDAP or cross assignment of NT ID in Lawson user group assignment. We unassigned user from Lawson user group in laua saved out ran listusermap -n and delusers to refresh cache. Readded user to Lawson user group in laua, assigned group in user record, unassigned laua sec class, reassigned laua sec class. Issues with submitting jobs in Lid and dropdown in Portal were resolved.
