3rd party indicator box 13 on W2

Can anyone tell me how to turn on the 3rd party sick pay indictor in the PR297 for the W2's?  We have New Jersey sick pay and we load this with a dedicated pay code.  Any assitance would be appreicated?

You turn it on with the HR11 Year End tab 'Non Taxable Sick Pay'.
