Employement Verifications and Unemployment Wage Requests

Our current processes are painfully manual for employment verifications and responses to unemployment claims - would anyone be willing to share how you may have automated even pieces of these types of requests for data? Thanks in advance!

We were just talking about the same thing but I don't have any answers so I would be curious if anyone else had done it either. It seems like there should be a way to review all of the requests that we get and then come up with a standard report that pulls the information that is most commonly requested. It seems a bit unfair that the employer has to go to that much work to fill out each requester's different form rather than the requester being willing to accept a standard response from the employer that includes all of the information that they are asking for.
