HR15.3 Addins

I am attempting to load via addins the user fields on the HR06 job code - via form HR15.3.  I have a template from Lawson for the addins for the HR15.3.

 

I have it completed but it is giving me an error message: "Job Code does not exist for the effective date".  However there is no date field on the HR15.3 or the addins that Lawson provided.

I looked at the templates I have from the old site. They do not have the effective date on them but I would just add it and see what happens. I see you can map to that field on the wizard.

My template for HR15.3 has the following fields

Company (f2),
FC (f10),
Field Key (f33),
Field Type (f12),
Job Code (f3),
Code (f14),
Obj_ID (f5),
Code 2 (f30) - equal to Code.

This was used to batch load a value from a predefined value list into all of our job codes, so it might work a bit differently if you are doing free form values.

There is a note in the template that you have to run the upload twice, once with the FC set to 'A' and once with it set to 'C'.

I suspect that was just a catchall method to ensure that every job code got updated as we had a mix of job codes that already had values assigned and ones that didn't.

Thank you. I was able to get it working. I had the wrong code. The message I was receiving was not even close to representing the true issue.
