Self Service Bookmarks

I must be missing something ...   I setup a couple bookmarks for a group and wanted the bookmarks to automatically show up for the associates that are assigned to that group.   However, they will all have to "subscribe" to see the new bookmark.   Is there something that I can do that will just make the bookmarks appear the next time they log into portal?

Yes, I believe there is even a KB article that describes two different methods of doing this. I don't have the number but the method I use is similar to the second method in that article. I edit the portal role using the Role Manager function. Click on the Locks tab and find the bookmarks. I normally lock the "Subscription Lock" on all bookmarks in use, and both the "Subscription Lock" and "Layout Lock" on top level bookmarks.

I was able to get the bookmarks to show up correctly after reading the article....
