 we are currently on 8.03 apps and 9.0LSF. We did our quartely taxes for pa and we got a rejection form the state due to a carrage return line field missing, record to long. Has anyone had this issue for Pa on this version

Take a look if you haven't already at PT 175987
This adds a new program called cnvtape "for PR292 for creating fixed length record files".
For 9.0.0.4 this is in core patch LSFCT_AIX_09000004P25474

I don't know much about cnvtape but it sounds like it might relate to your issue.
